These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bong-Uru Delights website, mobile application, and related services (together, the “Services”). By browsing, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Who we are

Bong-Uru Delights is a cloud kitchen operating from Ground Floor, Domo Ruby House, PG Road, Janatha Colony, Sarjapura Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035. Contact: +91 85368 11638 · hello@bongurudelights.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or using the Services under the supervision of a parent/guardian) and capable of entering a legally binding contract under Indian law.

3. Accounts

• Mobile-app login may use OTP sent to your Indian mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTP confidential.
• You may delete your account from the app (Account → Delete account). Website order records may be retained as required by law.

4. Orders

• Menu items, prices, taxes, and delivery fees shown at checkout are indicative until the order is confirmed.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (where payment is collected online) and acceptance by our kitchen.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order due to unavailability, service area, suspected fraud, or operational constraints.
• Delivery is available only within our listed service areas.

5. Payments (Razorpay)

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Limited and its banking partners. Bong-Uru Delights does not store your full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords. Payment success, failure, and settlement follow Razorpay and your bank’s rules. You authorise us to collect the order amount including applicable taxes and delivery charges.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are approximate. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, kitchen load, or events beyond our control. Risk in food passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

7. Food and allergen information

Descriptions are provided in good faith. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, call us before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, abuse staff or riders, or violate any applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

Branding, menus, photos, and software of Bong-Uru Delights remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bong-Uru Delights is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection venues.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance.
